I’m Tommy, a dedicated and passionate life & business coach based in the South of England. With 20 plus years of experience in coaching, sales management, owning businesses, I specialize in professionally coaching people & businesses to identify & achieve goals. My work is driven by a commitment to excellence, continuous improvement, and creating value for my clients and colleagues.
Professional Background
Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working with global organisations for example Mercedes Benz, Wurth UK, Start Ups, Sole Traders, Construction Companies, Architects, High Level Restaurants, Land Development Companies & more. My journey began with New Covent Garden Market which laid a solid foundation in sales, communications, then joining a Mercedes Benz franchise dealership developed skills in problem-solving, project management, creative solutions, sales management, financial planning, team building, coaching. I have studied NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) for over twenty years & currently studying a course on Neuro Placidity, I hold a diploma in Life Coaching.
Over the years, I have successfully developed teams, launched products, improved processes, and built a track record of delivering results. Some of my key accomplishments include secures Mercedes Benz Retail Sales Manager of the Year, grew several businesses from low seven figures into eight figure profitable ventures, helped grow several start up businesses into successful six & seven figure profitable ventures.
